As wedding guests begin to migrate into the backyard, Antwain and Tania share a few moments alone under the wedding arch.
“You look absolutely beautiful,” Antwain whispers.
He continues, “I am so honored to make you my wife today.”
Tania is so emotional that she cannot speak. She acknowledges Antwain’s words with tears.
As the last guest takes a seat, Antwain and Tania begin exchanging vows.
Antwain’s mother Leticia bursts into tears as Antwain says his vows, “As I was growing up, I thought of my mother as the most beautiful woman in the world. She raised me by herself and taught me to be a man. Then I met you. You being as beautiful as the woman who raised me, showed me that my mother’s teachings were all in preparation for being a great husband for you. I love you Tania and I pledge my heart to you from now until eternity.”
Next it’s Bianca’s turn to burst into tears as Tania begins to speak,” I met you just after the worst period of my life. When my brother died, I never thought I’d be able to appreciate another sunset, laugh at another joke or desire the scent of a rose. Then you came along and you became my reason for living…”
Tania continues, "Because of you, my life has been renewed. You are now my sunset, the source of my laughter and my rose. I love you now and forever.”
There is not a dry eye present as Tania finishes her vows. Even the maid is overcome with emotion.
Tania and Antwain exchange rings...
… and kiss as man and wife.
The guests stand and erupt in applause.
Tania and Antwain continue to kiss as the guest look on.
Their love for one another is obvious and everyone who is there to witness it can feel it.
The wedding party moves toward the patio.
The crowd gathers around Tania and Antwain as they approach their wedding cake.
Tania looks on as Antwain makes the first slice.
Leticia and Bianca are all smiles as they witness their children’s happiness and love.
The cake is cut. Tania watches praying that Antwain doesn’t smash any in her face as dictated by tradition.
He decides to spare her. She is grateful.
The bride and groom’s parents look on.
Antwain grabs his slice and walks toward the nearest empty seat.
His best friend joins him at the bar, where he sits and enjoys a delicious slice of wedding cake.
Leticia is content with her glass of nectar.
Tania sits down next to her father to enjoy her slice of cake. Ralph walks over to congratulate her.
“If only your brother was here to see this,” George Jr. says.
Tania looks over in shock. Her father never mentions her brother. She cannot help but join him in that wish, even if George III was there only in spirit.
Tatiana, having overheard what George Jr. said walks over to the cake, but instead of grabbing a slice, she silently prays that Tania will have the strength to finally let George III go after her wedding.
